When you visit the site, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of access, in order to deliver the website securely and protect it against attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Visitor statistics

We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit our website and which pages they read. This service does not use cookies, does not create personal user profiles and does not track you across other websites. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving our website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Project request form

When you send us a request through our form, we process the information you enter (for example name, company, email address, phone number and the description of your project) in order to answer your request and, if you wish, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is the preparation of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The form is transmitted by the service Web3Forms, which forwards your message to our email inbox. Web3Forms processes the data only for this purpose.

We keep your request as long as needed to handle it and for as long as legal retention periods require. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

If you email us, we use your email address and the content of your message only to handle your request.

7. Your rights
